About the project — www.oko-capitalgroup.com
OKO Mixed-Use Complex — the highest residential skyscraper in Europe featuring apartments ready for living and its own premium infrastructure. The residential and business towers of the complex are united by a single crystal-shaped platform. The beveled facets of the tower make the building look like rushing up to dizzying height, while the relief grooves — “honeycombs” located along the façade perimeter — imbue the silhouette with extra elegance, lightness and grace. The OKO architecture was designed by the leading international architectural bureau SOM (Skidmore, Owings & Merril LLP), which created some famous high-risers, symbols of the 21st century.
The OKO residential 85-story tower provides an opportunity to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the embankment, City skyscrapers, the Kremlin and Vorobyovy Gory. The tower features a range of view levels: Horizon level (floors 28-45), Meridian (floors 47-64) and Apogee (floors 66-82). The apartments range from 79 sq. m to 293 sq. m, the penthouse areas are 790 and 1151 sq. m. The number of apartments per floor varies with the level: each floor up to the 64th features 8 apartments, while on the higher floors their number is limited to 4. The topmost 84-85th floors house two penthouses.
