About the project—
Mon Cher is a club house on Bolshaya Yakimanka. It was built according to an individual French architectural design with only 26 apartments, each of which is of impressive scale. Today, Mon Cher buyers are offered apartments ranging from 101 to 266 sq. m: every owner’s personal space is reliably protected but not limited. Open terraces with views of the historic center, private underground parking, thoughtful layouts and exclusive decoration interior finish – all of this creates the carefully thought-out and perfect French style of Mon Cher: a place where quality becomes comfort.
Elitism, uniqueness, exclusivity and French chic – all this formed the basis for the concept of one of the most expensive and refined houses in the center of Moscow. The six-story Mon Cher mansion combines its atrium space with a glass roof.
The lobby and atrium with panoramic elevators are made by the exclusive design of the French decorator Jacques Grange. The elegant implementation of the interior zones with abundance of upholstered furniture and antique things imbue the house with warmth and charm of an ancestral mansion. The first floor of the atrium – the living room area – features a grand piano and an antique fireplace, which will become the focal point for a sophisticated conversation and relaxation for residents and guests of the house.
