According to Oksana Diveeva, demand in the segment is being "polarized": some of the buyers are focused on club projects, and others on skyscrapers in "Moscow City" which offer a fundamentally different way of life. "Buyers of apartments in club houses and in skyscrapers are comparable in terms of income, but they are completely different people. Club houses are preferred by hereditary intellectuals, who have been living in abundance since childhood and received excellent education. As a rule, skyscrapers in the City attract another category of buyers, such as drivers of business and skyminded self-made people. Looking at the world from above energizes them."
