Capital Group presents the Nebo residential complex to media representatives
Investments in the business class residential complex Nebo on Michurinsky Prospekt will amount to 15 billion rubles, which will be mainly supplied by the equity holders. Valentina Stanovova, General Director of Capital Group, confirmed this information. Nebo Residential Complex is a joint project of Capital Group and AFK Sistema Group.
On April 3, during the project presentation to media representatives, Commercial Director of Capital Group Petr Isaev told that more than 70 apartments worth 1.5 billion rubles had already been sold over one and a half months of initial sales. The greatest interest, he said, was drawn to the family format apartments with an area of 100 sq. m. The future sales dynamics of the project is expected at an average level of 30 apartments per month.
Executive Director of Capital Group Mikhail Khvesko said that the total area of the project would be 157,057 sq. m, and that the complex would include sites of internal retail and social infrastructure, as well as an underground parking lot for 940 cars. The speaker also shared the expert opinion on skyscraper construction and outlined the developer's current priorities.
"As our model showed, skyscraper construction, unlike block construction, allows us to reduce the building spot by 50%, allocate more territory for greenery and improve natural illumination by 30%. In addition, the correct positioning of the towers helps to ensure the best views from the windows, avoiding "window-to-window" views. The speaker also noted that the beautified area of Nebo Residential Complex amounted to 1.8 hectares.
During the event, the company's speakers spoke about the concepts of the Nebo's three towers — Family, Tandem and Solo, which are named in accordance with the concept reflected in common areas and apartment layout.
Nebo Residential Complex is under construction at Michurinsky Prospekt, 56. The project consists of three residential skyscrapers with internal retail outlets, social infrastructure and an underground parking lot. The project also provides for unique lots — two-level penthouses with a floor height of 4.5 meters and separate terraces. Completion of the project is scheduled for 2020.
