The buyers purchase 50% of apartments in Kutuzovsky 12 Residential Complex to join them
The first months after the start of sales showed a trend among the buyers of Kutuzovsky 12 Residential Complex towards joining the apartments. The buyers are planning to combine 50% of the premises sold in the project into multi-room apartments up to 180 sq. m or to occupy the entire floor. The information was shared by the sales department of the project's developer Capital Group.
Development of the trend is facilitated by a new concept for Moscow, implemented in the Kutuzovsky 12 Residential Complex. This solution allows to combine the sections and thereby to create an individual layout of the future apartment.
Oksana Diveeva, Sales Director at Capital Group: "In the elite segment, we can see an increased interest of buyers expanding the area of apartments. In the Kutuzovsky 12 project we gave the buyers this opportunity and designed apartments that can bу easily joined.
Today, buyers combine apartments as with a construction set and get the best apartment in terms of area with an 10 sq. m. accuracy, and has proven to be a very popular solution. More than half of the apartment area in Kutuzovsky 12 has already been purchased since sales launched in October 2017. According to market advisers, this dynamic is one of the most impressive on the market."
As per Capital Group statistics, 1/3 of people buying apartments in Kutuzovsky 12 are residents of neighboring houses, many of whom have country residences on the Rublevo-Uspensky and Novorizhskoe highways. Convenient transport accessibility, as well as location in one's favorite area have become significant factors that determined the buyers' choice in the location.
"The project became the first new club house built on the historic avenue in a decade. This also determined the audience of its customers. At the moment, among the Kutuzovsky 12 buyers there are no private investors who purchase property for further resale. The buyers consider all apartments in the club house as the final investment purchased for themselves, for long-term inhabitation with the family," Oksana Diveeva noted.
