According to “The Best Russian Top Managers Rating” resumed by weekly news magazine Dengi, the Chairman of Capital Group Board of Directors Vladislav Doronin has become one of the top 10 best managers in Russian development segment.
The rating headed “Born in the Crisis” is based on the results of the annual research held by Russian Managers Association and Kommersant publishing house within the ranking “Top 1000 Russian managers”, taking into account the last two years’ changes in the best Russian managers’ list. “It is assumed that every economic crisis, even the worst one, has a positive side. First of all, it stimulates the improvement of economic system, leads to demolition of the least competitive businesses, brings new effective working schemes into business practice, said Petr Rushailo, the author of the issue. “We can assume that this process gives birth to new business leaders. That is why we found it interesting to find out how did the top managers ranking structure change after the crisis.” The magazine analyzed 2008-2010 annual rankings data. Each of these three ratings names Vladislav Doronin, who confidently maintained the leading position during the worst times, as well as after the crisis.
According to Dengi, the development sector leaders’ list also includes Mikhail Skorokhod (Evrocement), Mikhail Balakin (SU-155), Pavel Polenov (PIK) and others.
