On November, 12 Capital Group launched a new corporate portal designed to improve internal communications and optimize staff work.
The portal is an integrated information centre that serves as an interactive mass media, a platform for information storage and exchange; it can be used as a document flow tool and for processing applications. It also contains useful information on the infrastructure near the company’s offices, special offers from partner companies, etc.

Our human resources department is to improve work efficiency and demonstrate professionalism in spite of the current market challenges. That was the reason why we decided to continue implementing new HR projects including the corporate portal.
We have developed an integrated resource for all of our colleagues; they can consult it for their colleagues’ birth dates, application forms, and corporate events, analytical and training materials. The resource contains useful information that pertains to their work and personal interests. Everything that had to be looked up in the internet and on the file exchange server is now available at the corporate server. It will be instrumental in optimizing the workflow and will improve internal communications.
