A landmark project right in front of the Kremlin: first in Russia branded residences managed by the global hotel operator Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Russia’s first Mandarin Oriental, Moscow hotel.
Interior designs for the 137 unique branded residences, all having the status of apartments, were created by the famous interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, and the exclusive set of luxury services for residents will be provided by the Hong Kong-based hotel operator.
Residence owners will enjoy access to the extensive infrastructure of the luxury hotel: restaurant, lounge bar, SPA and wellness center with a 25-meter indoor pool and flagship stores of international fashion brands along a pedestrian boulevard that spans 200 meters from Sofiyskaya Embankment to the park on the Bolotnaya Square, the project grounds accommodate a two-level underground parking.
