Mon Cher

The spacious retail spaces are located on the ground and basement floors of Mon Cher Club House . The mansion is located on the first row of houses of the Central Administrative District in one of the oldest areas of Moscow –Yakimanka – among merchants and noblemen’s estates, mansions and parks, and exhibition halls and museums. In walking distance from the mansion is Polyanka metro station with high passenger traffic, which, of course, is an advantage for retail business.

The height of ceilings in the trade galleries is 4.5 meters. The project features a separate entrance to the premises from Bolshaya Yakimanka Street and panoramic glass façade.
