Kutuzovsky 12 is club house on the governmental avenue, the first one built there in 10 years. Its architecture creates a new luxurious style combining classicism and art deco. Natural and fine materials, modern interpretation of classical architectural elements and a unique 50-meter crystal colonnade bestow solemnity and emphasize the status of the apartment and penthouse owners. The concept implemented in the elite club house allows you to create an individual layout of the future apartment with impressive views of the Moskva River and Moscow City, the Ukraine hotel and the grand Kutuzovsky Avenue.
Fifty-meter crystal columns bring elegance to its architecture. Inside the 9-meter tall, double-height lobby, the columns are echoed by vertical panels and a ceiling covered with brass lighting tubes. Kutuzovsky 12 is flawless in every detail. The project is co-developed by winners of high-profile urban development competitions – architects from Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners and the design bureau T+T Architects.
More than half of the apartments open to two sides of the building. Private, river view bedrooms and living rooms opening onto the grand Kutuzovsky Avenue. This house offers spaces, not apartments. Kutuzovsky 12 makes it possible to create unique and functional spaces through horizontal combinations of any number of apartments.
