Drawing on the company's extensive experience in erecting high-rise buildings and expertise in the field, the expert spoke about the advantages of the format, which "due to its construction specifics has a number of obvious advantages for large cities like leaving space next to residential buildings, not for an "n number" of new buildings, but for beautification, recreation, and facilitates the business interaction by concentrating the functions and "allows to meet a wide range of needs."
Mikhail Khvesko stressed that the format can harmoniously combine the function of work and life in one place, thus solving the issue of reducing commuting time and providing convenience to the residents.
"Confirmation of the demand for areas in skyscrapers are the figures," the expert is sure. "In 2017, the number of transactions in Moscow City increased by 46% compared to 2016 and we will continue to see an increase in interest in the format in 2018, including residential projects."
