Expert Opinion of Capital Group for RBC.
On integration of skyscrapers into the urban environment, competent distribution of functions and a positive impact on expansion of the audience.
Executive Director of Capital Group Mikhail Khvesko told RBC about the well-thought integration of skyscrapers into the urban environment, competent distribution of functions and the positive influence of these factors on expanding the audience of buyers who are choosing such formats of complexes for living more and more often.
"Today, in addition to the unique architecture and height of the buildings, when constructing skyscrapers it is important to consider how they integrate into the surrounding urban environment. This is one of the most difficult issues that a developer solves when implementing a project. A no less important aspect today is the functional filling of the complex and its beautification", said Capital Group Executive Director Mikhail Khvesko.
The expert is sure that an integrated approach to construction positively affects the development of the residential skyscrapers format.
Skyscrapers of Capital Group are increasingly demanded by people of older generations, i.e. to live with family and children.
"Today, skyscrapers are no longer just buildings with commercial premises — it's a style of living "on the top." At first, it was mostly young people with higher incomes who were interested in living in high-risers, but now skyscrapers are also considered by family people of the older generation," Mikhail Khvesko said.
Capital Group, as a developer with extensive experience in skyscrapers construction, makes a significant emphasis on location, that is, on areas with a favorable ecological situation. Thus, the Capital Towers complex is located near the Krasnaya Presnya Park and has its own private park; Nebo Residential Complex— near the valley of the Ramenka River, and Tricolor Residential Complex is situated near the Russian Academy of Sciences Botanical Garden, Sokolniki Park and Losiny Island."
