About the study

The ranking looked at 26 premium residential complexes in Moscow, 13 of which are still under construction, from the point of view of how well they were provided with social infrastructure, retail, sporting opportunities and entertainment, including nearby establishments, taking into account the privacy, closed-ness and compactness of each complex. The results of the study were indexed, which made it possible to compile 2 rankings—one for functioning complexes and the other for complexes under construction. Second place in the ranking of functioning mixed-use complexes went to Imperia Tower, and third place went to the Imperial House luxury residential complex, also by Capital Group. The study by Knight Frank revealed another curious detail as well, namely, that the average person can stay in a mixed-use complex for two weeks to a year using only on-site amenities.
