On September 14, 2011, Capital Group and HR Consultants Association will hold the business breakfast for HR professionals on a topic “Professional Matureness: Self Appraisal, Ideology and Coordinates of HR”. Vice-president, Head of HR & Organizational Development Department at Capital Group Yulia Sushkova will become the speaker of the event. The program includes personal review of current professional issues, examples and practices of innovative programs and technologies, discussion and expert recommendations.
On commenting the goals of the event, Yulia Sushkova said: “HR profession exists in Russia for more than 15 years. Over this period, the labor market, the technologies used for everyday work, and economic conditions have changed, and thus we have changed our views of many aspects of our work. We may now consider the stage of HR profession formation to be completed. We have learned and implement different tools and technologies when working on different business needs, we have arranged personnel systems, and we learned how to work with numbers and indexes. I believe today is the best time to think about future development, and on how to meet the business needs for further efficiency increasing, and at the same time not to forget that we are working with people in the first place.
