Russian first run of new fashion collection by CHAPURIN took place on April 14, 2011. For the third time Russia’s leading fashion designer held his show at Capital City mixed-use development—acknowledged trendsetter of architectural fashion trends in the segment of modern real estate.

This season Saint Petersburg gave a live-breath to the new collection—a city of great architectural heritage, famous gardens, fountains, favorite place of Russian intellectuals. The spirit of Northern capital lead to clear silhouettes, geometric fits, soft lines. Chapurin’s traditional elegant minimalism came through monochrome colors and cloths—jersey, tweed, natural fur, soft wool.

Among Chapurin pret-a-porter show guests: Dima Bilan, Yana Rudkovskaya, Anton Sikharulidze, Mirianna Maksimovskaya, “Serebro”, Miroslava Duma, Svetlana Bondarchuk and others. The first haute couture collection by Chapurin fashion house was presented in 1995. Since then, Igor Chapurin has been one of the leading Russian fashion designers. His numerous awards include “Golden Model” by Russian Haute Couture Association, Harpers Bazaar Award, Elle Style Awards, national award “Ovation” and others.
