According to the results of the annual best managers rating published by “Kommersant” publishing house, Capital Group’s team representatives have traditionally taken first positions among Russia’s best managers in the development segment:

Aleksey Belousov, Chief Commercial Officer– TOP-5 commercial directors

Yulia Sushkova, Vice-President, Head of HR & Organizational Development Department– TOP-5 HR directors

This is the 11th rating presented by “Kommersant” and Russian Managers Association. The methodology is based on the expert opinion poll of the 18 industries’ leaders, who indicate professional reputation of major Russian top managers – leaders in their industries. This time 567 commission members took part in rating formation. “Kommersant” publishing house also analyzed each candidate’s public activities, and as a result of two stages Russian best professional managers were chosen from thousands of applicants.

The ranking traditionally determines the best managers in four key Russian economy sectors: production (wood and wood processing industries, mechanic engineering, metallurgical engineering, development, fuel complex, chemicals sector, electrical energy industry); consumer sector (consumer products manufacturing, trade); service (mass media business, professional service, information technologies, communications, telecom, service, transport); finances (commercial banks, insurance companies, non-state pension funds, leasing, investment and management companies).
