According to the annual Forbes rating, Capital Group belongs to the world’s ten most influential owners of commercial real estate whereas last year it only rated 22.

This rating has been published by Forbes for the fifth year in a row. It contains analytical data - financial indicators and peer assessment reports by industry leaders and serves as a basis for the final list 30 rentier – 2010.

Valentina Stanovova, first vice-president of Capital Group, notes: “Amid the global financial crisis, Capital Group became one of the few developers which consolidated their market position. This is indicated both by this and other ratings; it is attested by the trust of clients, our strategic financial partners and Western investors. It is the reason why the company is positive about the future.

In 2010 Capital Group will continue implementing its developer projects. Meanwhile, development implies both launching construction initiatives for which we obtained licenses and expanding our portfolio. The overall size of next year’s projects to be started by the company exceeds 700 thousand square meters.

Alongside Capital Group the top-10 rating includes IKEA, Adamant, Gruppa Bin, Tashir, Promsvyaznedvizhimost, Manezhnaya Ploshchad’ and other companies.
